The chamber music concerts in June are all about the pleasure of playing – with works that are close to our musicians' hearts. Johannes Brahms is a clear favourite: the programme features his second string sextet, his trio with clarinet and a cello sonata. But perhaps you fancy something completely different from the classical repertoire? On 17 June, in the Fiocco Room, our woodwind and brass ensembles will pay tribute to the French composer with Corsican roots Henri Tomasi (1901-1971), ending the 2021-22 Concertini season with a bang.
