A young woman

La Monnaie is looking for a young woman for the production Norma, an opera directed by Christophe Coppens.

The desired profile:

• Some stage experience is required.
• Natural agility and a love of performing.
• Elegance in moving.
• Appearance of approximately 30 years of age
• height of approximately 165 cm

Good to know:

• On the evening of februari 11th 2025, a casting will take place at the Théâtre de la Monnaie for pre-selected candidates.
  • rehearsals will occur:
    • From 7 to 29 May 2026 (rehearsals possible between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.) 
    • From 30 May to 16 June 2026 (rehearsals possible between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
  • Performances at the Théâtre de la Monnaie
    • 17, 18, 20, 24, 25, 30 June and 1 July 2026 at 8 p.m., 
    • 23 June 2026 at 6 p.m.
    • 21, 27 and 28 June 2026 at 8 p.m.
• The candidate must be available for all the rehearsals and the performances.
• Candidates should preferably live in Brussels or the nearby.
