Athletic performer/dancer of Asian origin

De Munt is looking for an athletic performer/dancer of Asian origin for the new production M Butterfly, an opera directed by Krystian Lada.

October 15th, 2026, a casting will take place for pre-selected candidates.
Rehearsals will take place between 16 March and 18 April 2027:  
- Period 1   From 16 March to 7 April 2027:
  - rehearsals possible between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., from Tuesday to Sunday. 
- Period 2   From 8 to 18 April 2027:
  - rehearsals possible between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m., from Tuesday to Saturday - except Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
- Performances at La Monnaie Theatre: 
  - 20, 22, 27, 30 April & 4 May 2027 at 19.30 p.m.
  - 25 April & 2 May 2027 at 3 p.m.
You have to be available for rehearsals and all performance dates.
Candidates must live in, or be able to find accommodation in, Brussels or the surrounding area

Send us at least two recent, good-quality photographs (headshot and full-length) along with:

-A video in which you briefly introduce and show your personality to the stage director. Be simple but creative. (1 minute max).

-A video of your showreel or clips from your stage performances.
