With Disability Week (25 November to 3 December), the City of Brussels aims to raise awareness of the importance of opening up public places to everyone, and of enabling people with disabilities to take part in as much cultural and sporting activities in Brussels as possible.
La Monnaie is participating in this initiative by offering three tours with adapted prices and itineraries. They are tailored to people with cognitive disabilities, for whom text comprehension, communication, decision-making and orientation pose a challenge.
During the tours, our specialised guides will pay particular attention to pacing and language so that everyone can enjoy an exceptional moment of encounter and discovery. Let yourself be guided in tow through our theatre, our Main Auditorium and some of our Workshops, listening to the big stories and the little anecdotes behind our operas along the way.
