Contest rules and regulations (Museum Night Fever & La Monnaie)

All info on the competition ‘win a duo ticket for The Time of Our Singing’, as part of Museum Night Fever at La Monnaie.

Article 1: Organization of the contest

The Royal Theatre of La Monnaie (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), located at rue Léopold / Leopoldstraat 23, 1000 Brussels, is organizing a free contest with no purchase obligation titled “Win a duo ticket for The Time of Our Singing” (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest").
 

Article 2: Participation conditions

The contest is open to any natural person aged 18 or older who resides in Belgium and who has registered on this page during their visit to Museum Night Fever at La Monnaie, with the exception of employees of the Organizer and their family members. Each participant may only enter the Contest once.
 

Article 3: Participation conditions

To participate in the Contest, participants must:

  • Log into this form from the start date and time of the contest.
  • Answer the following question: who composed The Time of Our Singing?
  • The first 10 participants who answer this question correctly will each win a duo ticket for the performance of The Time of Our Singing taking place on October 31 at La Monnaie.
  • The contest begins on Tuesday, October 22 at 9 PM and ends once the 10 winners have been selected.
     

Article 4: Selection of the winners

The first 10 participants who correctly answer the question on this form will be designated as the winners. The ranking is based on the order in which the correct answers are received. The winners will be notified via email within two days after the end of the Contest.
 

Article 5: Prize

The 10 winners will each receive two tickets for the performance of The Time of Our Singing, with a value of 150 euros per ticket. The tickets must be collected on-site, with the name of the winner provided.

The prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
 

Article 6: Use of personal data

The information collected as part of participation in the Contest is necessary for the registration of participation. This data is intended for the Organizer and will be processed in accordance with privacy protection legislation (GDPR).

Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending an email to communication@demunt.be.
 

Article 7: Liability

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if circumstances beyond its control require it, without any liability being incurred.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions that prevent access to the Contest or for errors in the transmission of responses.
 

Article 8: Acceptance of the rules

Participation in this Contest implies full acceptance of these rules.


Article 9: Applicable law and competent courts

These rules are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the Contest will be submitted to the competent courts of the Organizer's place of establishment.
