LA MONNAIE / DE MUNT
1. Organizer
This contest is organized by the Koninklijke Muntschouwburg / Théâtre royal de la Monnaie, Muntplein 5 / Place de la Monnaie, 1000 Brussels (hereinafter “the Organizer”).
2. Duration
The promotion runs from 6 September 2025 until 18 October 2025, or until the stock of 8,000 scratch cards is exhausted.
3. Conditions of Participation
Participation is free of charge and without any purchase obligation.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only participate with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Employees of the Organizer and their family members are excluded from participation.
Each unique scratch card and code may only be registered once.
4. How the Contest Works
During the promotion period, the participant receives a scratch card.
By scratching open the panel, the participant discovers his/her unique four-digit code and a QR code.
After scanning the QR code, the participant is directed to the landing page where the unique code and email address must be entered.
After verification, the participant receives by email the practical information needed to claim the prize.
5. Prizes
Each scratch card is a winner and entitles the holder to one of the following prizes:
400x a free tote bag filled with goodies.
600x a free ticket for a guided tour of La Monnaie upon purchase of one ticket at the standard price.
7,000x a free ticket for each purchased ticket within the Vocalissimo series in the Main Hall (1+1 formula).
Prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
6. Redemption of Prizes
Tote bag: can be collected at the MM Tickets ticketing office during opening hours, upon presentation of the confirmation email or the scratch card.
Guided tour & Vocalissimo: the participant receives a personal ticket link by email, allowing immediate online booking with the 1+1 formula.
7. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of scratch cards.
If a scratch card or unique code is invalid, illegible, or already used, any right to participate lapses.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust or terminate the promotion in case of force majeure or reasons beyond its control.
8. Personal Data
The personal data collected (email address and unique code) will be processed solely to register participation, communicate and deliver the prize, and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). Please consult the privacy statement of La Monnaie via www.lamonnaiedemunt.be.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contest is governed exclusively by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
