Get out the napkins because La Monnaie is participating in The Biggest Spaghetti Fest in the World! On Saturday, November 22, we are offering 100 vegetarian meals, accompanied by a guided tour of our Workshops, in support of non-profit organisation Groot Eiland.
Once again, Brussel Helpt is organizing a food festival that stretches all over the capital. This year, all proceeds will go to Groot Eiland, a non-profit organisation offering Brussels citizens who have difficulties accessing the labor market the opportunity to develop their skills, creativity, and talents through training and professional experiences in various sectors, such as carpentry, sales, hospitality, and urban agriculture.
Groot Eiland is also La Monnaie’s caterer, and we are therefore very happy to support this initiative, offering 100 plates of vegetarian spaghetti for €10 (prepared with local, seasonal products). On top of that, we offer every person who orders a spaghetti at La Monnaie a free guided tour of our Workshops, in Dutch, French or English.
