During the Cassandra Festival, Cinema Galeries will screen three films that tie in with the theme of La Monnaie’s latest opera.

On a farm in the Vercors region, Jean-Philippe Valla, a farmer and engineer, is developing techniques for self-sufficiency in energy and food. Choreographer Julie Desprairies comes to work with her team. Farming and dancing merge. Working the land and choreographing are looking for a better way of living in the world.
