Closing the season in song
Chœur Cassandra Koor, the amateur choir of La Monnaie, invites you to its two closing concerts of the 2024-25 season. The 80 choristers will be performing their repertoire of politically and ecologically committed songs, reflecting the values they have defended in recent years through various actions: marches for the climate, the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Women's Rights Day, etc. Among the songs on the programme: Diego libre dans sa tête, Respire, Feeling Good, Laat ons een bloem, Remember the ladies, and many more. Conducted by Laurence Renson, and accompanied on piano by Andrés Soler Castaño and Gilles Carlier, they will offer you a rich musical celebration of togetherness, diversity and commitment.
