A creative afternoon for the whole family in the Workshops of La Monnaie
You too can learn the crafts practised in the Workshops of an opera house! At La Monnaie, skilled craftspeople work on everything you see on stage, from the finest embroidery and handmade accessories to the most monumental canvases and impressive sets. During this workshop, parents and children will handle needles, hammers and brushes themselves. As you work, you will find out together what goes into creating an opera. Afterwards, you can take your handiwork home with you, a tangible souvenir of a fun afternoon behind the scenes at La Monnaie.
