For the premiere of Solar, his new opera dedicated to the impeding climate crisis and the importance of respecting nature, Howard Moody will walk you through his score by means of  excerpts played live on the piano. How does he musically translate the environmental issues at the heart of this opera? How is Solar different from the previous works with strong societal themes that he has written for La Monnaie? The composer will answer all your questions during this talk, which will end with a convivial reception in the enchanting setting of our Theatre.
